The latest (and smartest) additions to Urban Arrow's fleet of cargo bikes, the Family Performance Line and Cargo Line with Smart System. Fitted with the newest drive units from Bosch, the Smart System showcases a larger battery, more power, smart connectivity, and an improved display.

These new models have maintained the same iconic front-loader design Urban Arrow riders know and love. The EPP box, made from the same material as a bicycle helmet, keeps your precious cargo in front of you. The low center of gravity means this bike handles like a dream. These innovative new features make for a smoother and safer riding experience!

The Urban Arrow Family bike is an e-bike. The bike is intended to
be used on a regular paved surface and the tires are intended to
maintain ground contact. The bike contains an electrical drive unit
that assists you up to a speed of 25 km/h when riding. As soon as
you push on the pedals the assistance is switched on and it switches
off as soon as you stop pedalling or when you have reached a speed
of 25 km/h. The e-bike has four different assistance levels (ECO,
TOUR, SPORT and TURBO) and a number of gears for an optimal
driving experience. The bike can also be ridden as a normal bicycle
(no assistance) and has a push assistance mode in which the e-bike
can be pushed at low speed without pedalling.

Your Urban Arrow bike comes with a bench mounted inside the box
and two sets of seat belts. This bench provides enough room for two
young children. The bench will also fit one adult. Adults will not be
able to use the seat belts.

The e-bike and its parts

The Urban Arrow Family e-bike comes in a number of versions. Your
bike has either:
● A removable Kiox display or a non-removable Purion display.
● A grip shifter with or without gear indicator
● A belt or a chain.
Apart from these options, the type of disc brake, the type of motor
and the capacity of the battery, all Urban Arrow Family e-bikes are
technically identical.
