Only use High Rail PLUS with Benno Wheel Guards or Utility Pannier Bags. Make sure that no parts of the body or clothing come near moving parts on the bicycle, such as chain, spokes, tires or brakes. Benno Rails may help stabilize load during normal operation but do not protect in the event of an accident or bike falling over.

Exceptional touring bike.

This is a very well engineered and elegant touring e bike. The crew at Oregon E-Bikes offered to deliver to my home and Manzanita, but I wanted to come out and ride hood river and mount hood. I am loving this bike! I’ve had a 10 days and 280 miles. It is a dream.

We love the captains chair!

The chair fits adults and kids alike - we had one that we were borrowing from a friend that we had to return and it only made sense to buy our own. My kiddo prefers this to the seat without a back.

Solidly built, but painful installation

These decks are built very well, but the installation is pretty time consuming / painful. For the screw on the front side, you'll need a 13mm socket with a long extension bar to reach the inside of the nut - not the 13mm open wrench listed in the manual. Another downside is that the slots on the deck have sharp edges - I wish they could round them off a little.

Beautiful bike

We had the bike shipped to us, and it arrived in perfect condition. The assembly was minimal and easy. It’s a beautiful bike. Smooth, easy, fun. Ride happy! 😎
